Baxter Healthcare Pty Ltd assigns the following shelf lives to antibiotics in Baxter elastomeric devices prepared in our facilities.
Shelf lives are particularly dependent upon the solvent employed, the solution concentration and the container system, as well as the storage conditions.
Listed here are the maximum shelf lives determined by Baxter’s Research and Development scientists when compounded in Baxter facilities. Baxter updates stability data as new information comes to hand. Please contact your local Baxter Pharmacy Services representative prior to ordering for any updates which may be applicable.
This stability data is proprietary to Baxter and cannot be used to assign shelf life for preparations compounded other than in Baxter facilities.
